Welcome to Hara Fitness & Projects! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and products, including EPDM Flooring, NordicTrack Equipment, and Steam & Sauna installations. By engaging with us or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Hara Fitness & Projects is a leading provider of complete fitness and sports infrastructure solutions, including EPDM flooring, NordicTrack premium gym equipment, and steam & sauna room installations. We strive to offer high-quality, safe, and durable products and services to our clients, ensuring satisfaction in every project.

2. EPDM Flooring Terms

We provide high-quality EPDM Flooring solutions for a variety of applications, including children’s play areas, international schools, sports academies, jogging tracks, gyms, and more.

Installation & Warranty:

  • All installations are performed by our expert in-house team.

  • A warranty is provided for a period of 1 year on installation quality and materials.

  • Any issues arising after the warranty period may incur additional charges for repair or maintenance.

3. NordicTrack Equipment Terms

As an Authorized Dealer of NordicTrack, we provide the best-in-class fitness equipment, including treadmills, cross trainers, upright bikes, spin bikes, rowers, and more.

  • Suitable for both home gyms and commercial fitness spaces.

Specifications:

  • Treadmills, bikes, and other equipment come with variable motor power, screen sizes, and cushioning systems.

  • iFIT-enabled for personalized training programs.

  • Equipment specifications vary based on the model. Please refer to the individual product page or consult with our team for detailed specifications.

Warranty:

  • NordicTrack equipment comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and terms of the warranty vary by product, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years for different models.

4. Steam & Sauna Room Solutions Terms

We offer premium steam and sauna room setups, ideal for wellness spaces, resorts, hotels, and residential projects. These rooms promote relaxation, wellness, and luxury.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Full payment is due before installation, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and cheque.

6. Delivery & Installation

  • EPDM Flooring: Delivery and installation timelines are subject to the scope of the project. We aim to complete projects within 4-6 weeks, depending on size and complexity.

  • NordicTrack Equipment: Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability. We will provide an estimated delivery time upon confirmation of the order.

  • Steam & Sauna: Installation will typically take 2-4 weeks, depending on the customization level.

7. Returns & Cancellations

  • EPDM Flooring: Once the order is confirmed, cancellations cannot be accepted. However, if there is an issue with installation or material defects, we will address them at no additional cost within the warranty period.

  • NordicTrack Equipment: Equipment can only be returned if it is unused and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns.

  • Steam & Sauna: Custom-made steam & sauna rooms are non-refundable once the project has begun. However, we will address any issues related to installation or quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hara Fitness & Projects will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products or services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the products or services.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

Hara Fitness & Projects reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with an updated date at the top.
